Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of The Vale and West Gundog Club will be held on Sunday 20th January at 1pm at The Huntsman Inn, GL12 8DF.

All items for the Agenda must be received by the Secretary no later than one week prior to the AGM.

Following the formal part of the AGM, there will be an open meeting in order to set dates for events and activities, assign co-ordinators and discuss any other aspects of Club activities. Light refreshments will also be served and there is a pay bar.
