The Committee extends a warm welcome to anyone interested in training, working or competing with their dogs and invite them to join the Vale and West Gundog Club.
Membership is through an annual subscription, starting on 1st January each year, although applications are welcome throughout the year. There is an annual fee for subscription plus a joining free for new members.
- Joining Fee – £10. Payable, per member, in addition to membership subscription, for the first year or lapsed membership renewal.
- Adult Annual Membership – £10.
- Joint Adult Membership – £15.
- Junior Membership – £5.
- Gamekeeper Membership – £5.

Terms of membership
Payment – Payment maybe made by cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer. Payment of the first years subscription and joining fee must be made on application. Subsequent annual subscriptions maybe made via standing order reaching the club by the 1st March of that year. Renewal payments not received by 1st March will be will be deemed as lapsed and removed from the members list. Members wishing to renew their membership after this time may be required to pay the joining fee again on renewal of membership.

Junior membership – member is under the age of 18 on 1st March of the year of subscription
